Do you qualify for an investment property loan?

Here are general guidelines*:

– 620+ credit score (higher scores get better rates)
– Documented income and assets
– Lower debt-to-income ratios required than for primary homes
– Down payment of 15% or more
– Appraisal with rental market analysis (in some cases)

We also offer DSCR loans (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) that allow you to qualify based on the rental income of the property instead of your personal income. These are great options for self-employed investors or those scaling their portfolios.
