In order to qualify, you must be active military in good standing, or have been honorably disharged from military service with DD214 discharge papers. We will need your DD214 to process your VA Home Loan.
Providing the DD214 to the Department of Veterans Affairs is the first step to determining VA Home Loan eligibility. Full eligibility will enable you to borrower up to $417,000. It is possible to borrow more in high balance counties in the Denver area, and we can help you determine if your county is considered high balance. Boulder County, for example, is a county where it is possible to borrow more than $417,000.
Once elegibility is determined, it is time to get pre-approved. Pre-approval involves a VA Home Loan application, credit check, and review of supporting documentation. Our experienced loan officers have years of experience and can determine if you are pre-approved within 24 hours.
