FHA Required Documentation

You will need the following documentation for your FHA Mortgage:

1. Copy of driver's license and social security card
2. Paystubs covering 30 day period
3. 2 years W2s or tax returns if self-employed
4. 2 months bank statements, all pages
5. Current investment account statement
6. Homeowners insurance information
7. Copy of business license or articles of incorporation, if self-employed

For an FHA Refinance:

1. Copy of mortgage note
2. HUD-1 settlement statement from closing of current mortgage
3. Copy of mortgage statement

For an FHA Purchase:

1. Copy of sales contract

Items which may be required, if applicable:

1. Bankruptcy discharge paperwork
2. Divorce decree
3. Credit report specific documentation
